Q: Do I have to have an account to shop at studiokiklee.com?
A: No. You can checkout as a guest and simply input all your billing and delivery information. However, we encourage you to register and save time on your next purchase.

Q: How can I return or exchange an item?
A: Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information.
Q: Does Studio Kiklee By Simrat Kohli ship to multiple addresses?
A: You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
A: We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a confirmed shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Q: Can I add items to an existing order?
A: It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like to purchase other items, please place a new order.

Q: How can I find out about sales and special promotions?

Q: The product I want is sold out. Will you restock? If so, can you notify me when it becomes available?
A: We largely do limited numbers per product but sometimes we renew popular products. Please email us at info@studiokiklee.com mentioning the product name and quantity requirements and we will get back to you on availability and time frame.
